Who builds it
Gurjeet Singh builds PropVid and My Property Pages, and runs Singh Properties in Mohali — which is why the demo listing on these sites is a real one. Gurjeet also builds CoinPriceAlert and the offline-first Expense Tracker: Income Manager, and answers the support email personally.
That matters for a tool like this one: the templates were built for listings that had to actually sell, and the document templates on this site are the ones used in real transactions. Feature requests reach the developer directly at support@getpropvid.com; there is no support layer in between.
What is free, and why
The document templates and property calculators are free with no email gate, because an agent looking for a rent agreement format at 9pm should not have to hand over an address to get one. The blog is written for working agents rather than for search engines. If PropVid is ever useful to you beyond that, the free plan is where to start.
