The real-estate reel makers agents actually shortlist

Five tools that turn listing photos into social video, what each one costs, and which of them give the reel somewhere to land. Every price below was read off the vendor's own page on 14 September 2026.

Higher tiers show the monthly price with the number of videos or credits it includes. Where a vendor sells credits rather than videos, a per-video figure depends on what you render, so none is shown. Where a price is not published on the vendor's real-estate page, this says so rather than guessing.

The gap is bigger than the monthly price suggests

An entry plan in this category is $29 to $49 a month. PropVid's is $4.29. But the number that matters to an agent posting three times a week is the cost of one finished reel, and there the spread is wider: VideoTour.ai quotes $2.90 a video on its entry plan, Styldod charges $5 a download, and PropVid Pro works out at $0.20.

What the cheap tools usually cost you instead

Being the cheapest is only interesting if nothing important is missing, so here is what PropVid does not do. It does not film anything — it works from photos and clips you already have, the same as VideoTour.ai and Styldod. It has no AI avatar presenter. It does not post to your accounts for you; you export and post. And it is a small studio, not a company with a support desk — you get WhatsApp, and usually the person who wrote the feature.

What it does that the others do not is give the reel a destination. A reel drives someone to a bio link; on Premium that link is an agent page with every listing on it, and each listing has its own page with an enquiry form that pushes to your phone. Every other tool on this page stops at the export.

Questions

Which real-estate reel maker is cheapest?

On a monthly plan, PropVid: a free tier with no card, then $4.29 a month. For very low volume, Styldod's $5-per-download can work out cheaper because you pay nothing between videos.

What is the cheapest way to make listing reels every week?

Cost per finished reel is the figure to compare, not the monthly price. PropVid Pro works out at $0.20 a reel; VideoTour.ai quotes $2.90 on its entry plan; Styldod is $5 a download.

Do any of these build a website for the listing?

PropVid Premium includes My Property Pages — a public agent page and a landing page per listing with an enquiry form. The other tools on this page stop at the video export.

Can these make a reel without filming the property?

Yes — PropVid, VideoTour.ai, Reelestate.app and Styldod all work from listing photos. None of them shoot anything; they animate and sequence stills into vertical video.

How these numbers were worked out
Every rival price was read off that vendor's own public pricing page on the date shown, not from a review site or a press mention. Where a vendor does not publish a figure, the table says so instead of estimating one.
